Thursday 18th October
In association with Barnsley Museums, Hear My Voice project, The Fates will be embarking on a night singing adventure to explore some of Barnsley’s urban acoustics. Starts and ends at the Arcade Alehouse,  31 The Arcade, Barnsley, S70 2QP (around 5 minutes walk from Barnsley train station). Meet at 7.30pm. Friday 23rd November
Teg and Sue will be performing at The Cumberland Arms, Newcastle, together with our pals, The She Shanties.  More details to follow.

Saturday 24th November
We are proud to have been asked to sing as part of Sheffield Socialist Choir’s 30th Annversary Concert, at The Hunbs, Sheffield Hallam University (further details to follow)

We’re currently taking bookings for 2019 so if you’d like us to come and sing for you (or even with you, as we do enjoy collaborating with other musicians, storytellers and a variety of performers) please get in touch.

South Road Song Crawl.  As part of the Walkley Festival we sang our way along South Road in Walkley, visiting as many independent shops as we could along the way to sing them a few songs, with at least one song being specific to what is sold in that shop. We started outside the Library at 1:30pm and then visited Walkley News (1:45pm), Tonearm Vinyl (2:00pm), Walkley Beer Company (2:15pm), The Craft Tree (2:45pm) Beeches of Walkley (3:00pm) and Gerry’s Bakery (3:15pm). A great afternoon was had by all!
